Turnover is very high, for a variety of reasons (see other reviews). Although the infrastructure for development is improving, it has a long way to go before it gets near industry standards. For most teams there is no test environment, only development and prod. Sometimes only prod. Personnel management is terrible. People are set in their ways and aren't very open to new ideas. There is very little accountability. On my team the sr. developer coded the least, and was most likely person to fail to push tickets to the next sprint. When people complained they might get moved for a few weeks, then put right back into the same situation as though something magical had changed.
