shady, they treat their employees poorly and you only get promoted or keep your job if you are considered a manager's favorite. they tell you one thing and do something completely opposite. They do not care about their employees as a person or how they perform. You could have an employee who works overtime and does all the things required by them and its not good enough versus a lazy employee who is only there for the paycheck and get promoted. its backwards and this company needs to have a lot of things fixed.. starting by getting rid of the managers who pick favorites... and they won't do that because they just laid off a ton of people and those managers are still there while the good employees are gone. Their loss. Run while you can. DON'T WORK HERE.
