Pros
If you are a recruiter, this place is a gold mine. They are constantly losing people and not really doing anything to change that. Talk to people there at random, most are looking. Likewise because of their turnover rate they are always hiring. You can make a career here just finding folks a new job as they leave and finding new people to fill those roles that just opened up.
Cons
Ethics do not exist here. There are regular meetings with customers to find out what their requirements are and then another meeting with staff to decide what we are really going to give them, regardless of what is in the contract. Do not believe anything they tell you, trust no one. To those thinking I am just a disgruntled employee and it's not really that bad, read the other reviews here. Lots of promises made, none kept. No long term thinking, just how do we get by for now. Employees have zero voice. You can air your grievances all day long but you might as well be talking to a wall. They take forever to make a decision on literally anything.
