Pros

Have met some great people working here. PTO accrual is good.

Cons

There are a lot of people that have no business being a supervisor. They absolutely have no people skills or leadership qualities to run a department. These supervisors are disrespectful to their teams, talk down to them, say inappropriate things and act as if they are better in many ways. Most people are afraid to speak up because a lot that is said in confidence, gets back to them. They also seem to create more work for other people but yet themselves, do nothing. They are following behind people (like flies on poop) to try and find mistakes. Them seem to hunt negative in every situation. They rarely give positive feedback. Their teams are afraid of them and to scared to speak up. Few have and have either gotten in trouble themselves or been ignored. It's very concerning to a lot of people why these issues are not being addressed. People in general are really afraid to speak up. Everyone is tired of the excuses given for other people's inexcusable actions. It quite disturbing to know that the people that do work hard will leave because of this poor management. There are some good people that work hard and believe in the better good of this company.

Pros

In my department, we had very flexible schedules and were not terribly micromanaged. You get lots of PTO and holidays, and the benefits package is pretty good.

Cons

Lack of transparency, and downright lies from upper management. The pay is severely lacking for the work you do if you aren't in a role that gives incentive bonus. All levels of management are secretive and will stab you in the back if it will benefit them. There is not much team development or work culture with almost everyone working remotely.
