Pros
Great place to work, I've never had a problem with anyone - coworkers or management. Everyone has been really nice and helpful since I've been here. Management is willing to help you grow and level up. The work itself is interesting and you don't have to sell anything over the phone! We have quarterly lunches and fun weekly activities and treat days that give us chances to socialize with other teams. The hours may be "unconventional" but most people don't seem to have any issues, and supervisors are willing to work with school schedules, etc. Pay is good, as are the benefits and PTO. Both full-time and part-time employees can get benefits and PTO. The atmosphere is quiet, you can listen to music/audiobooks/podcasts on your ipod, and once you clock off, you don't have to think about work until you come back the next day. The location is great - easy to get to from basically anywhere in the SL valley. Offices are new and clean, and well taken care of. Dress code is casual (not sloppy though) - a fact which I'm sure the entire office appreciates!
Cons
I can see it being "dull" for someone who is really outgoing and social, but that's about it. It is a desk job, so there is a lot of sitting, but you can take breaks. As long as you're responsible, mature, willing to do the work required of you (and it's not unreasonable, believe me), able to supervise yourself for the most part, and can get along with other people, you shouldn't have problems.
