Pros

Everybody in the office is friendly, kind and helpful. I have been with the company for over a year and half and there has definitely been a culture shift for the better. I think people enjoy coming to work far more and the office has a very positive atmosphere now. The work is decent, if a little dull, but it is important and you can listen to music and are free manage your own time as long as you are meeting benchmarks. The work is fairly easy but it does take time to master. Management has worked hard to expand opportunities and help employees grow and learn more products as well. But what really makes this job is the people. The people at Verisys are fantastic and truly care about one another. And there is no micromanaging or sales, which is important to me! I genuinely enjoy going to work everyday. Oh, and the PTO. The PTO is nearly unbeatable.

Cons

The pay could be better. I think that would help retain a lot of talent. And I think there is a disconnect of company culture between the two buildings that Verisys operates from. I'm certainly glad I am in the building I am in.

Pros

In my department, we had very flexible schedules and were not terribly micromanaged. You get lots of PTO and holidays, and the benefits package is pretty good.

Cons

Lack of transparency, and downright lies from upper management. The pay is severely lacking for the work you do if you aren't in a role that gives incentive bonus. All levels of management are secretive and will stab you in the back if it will benefit them. There is not much team development or work culture with almost everyone working remotely.
