Pros
The rest of team I was on is very nice. Also, manager seems to be very into playing the old card game Uno during the day in the break room...so if you remember liking that game as a kid, you may be in luck.
Cons
Manager has trouble with the on-boarding process. If you are new, you either had to have worked for the company in a previous life or be psychic. He is not a planner and will keep changing what he wants you to work on with what seems very little thought or planning. He approaches decision making in a very lazy manner and will not take any time to look into details or what is actually going on (facts don't seem to be of high importance to him). Getting a response from him of a permission issue or an inquiry is a fruitless endeavor. I witnessed mood swings and an unfortunate incident of him verbally lashing out at a subordinate in his office. More importantly, he lacks ethical honesty and is very transactional. If he believes he has nothing to gain from you, he will suddenly act very rude, hostile and disrespectful toward you. There are right and wrong ways to treat people irrespective of the situation. He needs to learn this.
