Pros
The people are very nice, pay is good, work-life balance is okay and you are available to work from home once a week. They also give out iPhones which is a plus...
Cons
This company suffers from top to bottom. There is no true development methodology or practices, which basically makes for a giant free for all. Deployments are erratic and time consuming, the majority of programmers lack sufficient knowledge to do their jobs nor have any desire to advance, management is always in meetings and provide no direction, there is no consistent company-wide communication software, there is no dedicated QA for IT, the building is poorly set up and the workplace is dark, dingy and uninspiring. If you are planning on advancing your career, this is not the place for you, however, if you just want a job programming then this could be a decent fit.
