Pros
The company is growing which provides opportunities to work on a variety of accounts and learn from working with clients in a variety of industries. There are some great people to work with and learn from along with opportunities to take the initiative to improve internal processes.
Cons
Resources are stretched thin throughout the entire company and people are always asked to take on more and more until work suffers or they burn out and quit. The high and constant turnover reinforces this policy out of necessity. The benefits are awful and the pay isn't high enough to support appropriate hiring or talent retention. A company that is willing to go to such extremes to please its clients seems ambivalent towards creating a strong work culture that can appropriately support its current clients and the potential for further growth.
