Plenty of new things to learn technology wise. Plenty of room to move up in your career. Close to train station

Cons

Management sees bodies rather than a employee. Project managers are rude and think they own the place. Managers are always missing in action and hardly involved. Nasty spaghetti code that is VERY outdated and needs improvement. Management constantly talks about improving code base but never actually acts.
