      An Entrepreneurial spirit gives people the ability to make changes and find opportunities for improvement. Fair pay and good benefits. Pleasant work environment.

      Cons

      Two companies merging to one means a great deal of change happening rapidly. This can create stress/tension. May not be the right place for everyone.
