      Great pay, great benefits, good direction

      Too much infighting amongst departments. Need to work as a team and solve problems as opposed to pointing fingers.

      They are lenient when it comes to time of our working from home.

      Cons

      You do not get hired for full time or promoted based on qualifications. They choose who to hire based on who you know and who you are friendly with.
