Manager - Anonymous employee Veritiv Employee Review

Very poor senior leadership. Seemly no connection between leadership and front line sales/operations personnel. People doing the work and growing the company are not rewarded or listened to. Same old people making the decisions, using the same techniques and ideas and expecting different results. Need new blood in senior roles. The same people get recirculated and newer generation not given opportunities to move up in the organization. No innovation or different thought process, it's what happens when you have long term employees with no other work/life experiences.
