      Pros

      The local teams are fun to work with and want to make the business successful. You don’t have to work nights or Holidays like in most warehouse settings.

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive, no bonus program for lower level employees besides safety. Also it would be nice if the company provided work clothes and not just the shoe allowances
