With the challenges of a merger - especially with two legacy companies of different cultures and systems - it has, indeed, been uncomfortable and hard. Our senior leadership understands the value of employee input - just look at the Continuous Improvement Program or CIP, which has implemented about 800 ideas that originated from employees like you. Please submit your idea about routing to the program, and it will be thoroughly reviewed! We appreciate your more than 10 years of service. Hang in there. The integration stage ends this year, and optimization of the company is already on its way.
