Veritiv makes it hard for a sales rep to focus on selling. Too many non selling activities such as collections and buyer/inventory management. No accountability with operations. Even upper management - to the CEO admits this company is “difficult to work with” for employees. Never enough inventory, buyers do not replenish - which is why sales reps have to manage buyers and inventory levels. Customer price creeping without sales rep knowledge. Sales reps are the bottom of the food chain.
