      Pros

      Standard Corporate Model. Always evolving and changing. Great place for building up skillsets. Non-bias management. Standard health benefits. Ability to network. Managers treat people as professionals and are flexible as such.

      Cons

      Two sets of people, always been there or brand new. Only the best employees are given opportunities to promote. Hard to find candidates within because of a lack of training programs for current technology ( getting better) and career development (room for improvement). Observe, Employee resources are spread thin resulting in long hours and under constant pressure to perform. Employees who leave are not replaced and work is added to already thin workforce.

      Pros

      Incredible benefit options and immediate vesting of 401k contributions. Company is very stable and has no true competitors. Great people and office with a fun culture. Huge opportunity to make an impact.

      Cons

      Internal systems have been seriously neglected and were not a priority for many years. Therefore, for new IT teams, the scope of work is very large, but salaries and total comp are on the low end of industry averages.
