Middle management. I admit, I had quite a poor experience. Lower level sales managers don't know what they are doing. There's no effort to lead, inspire, train, or make any sort of connection at all. The "Veritiv values" aren't really a thing. No one should believe that they are They don't actually care. Take this review with whatever context you please. We all know how this service works. But a certain manager made a statement about me on a official record that was false. I have documentation of this. I also have documentation that proves their statement wrong. They lied, and they know it. They will lie to you. About you. And lie to the next person. And about the next person too So work here if you want. Its honestly fine. There's one particular manager you should avoid. That person doesn't know what they are doing, and they don't have the integrity to handle things the right way. And no, it doesn't matter whatever generic HR response they have to this.
