      Combining the two top competitors in the industry puts us in a good position in the industry. Being a public company carries some clout.

      They are lenient when it comes to time of our working from home.

      Cons

      You do not get hired for full time or promoted based on qualifications. They choose who to hire based on who you know and who you are friendly with.
