Pros
Good hours, no weekend or holiday work, very little overtime, surrounded by good talent, middle Management easy to work for and down to earth.
Cons
No bonus program or incentives for the employees that make it happen day in and day out, with being a newly merged company they base every company decision on the industry standard and not what has worked best in the past, merit raises are based not on individual performance but on company country wide performance
