      Pros

      The Senior Leadership Team knows how to convey the idea that everyone works as one team. Over the years, I have seen changes that commemorate this. But, there is much disparity in the salary/benefits and understanding of what it takes to complete tasks on a daily business grind.

      Listening to the employees on operational changes (surveys, town halls, etc.) Health benefits
