      Pros

      The people I worked with were great. We would all help each other out.

      Cons

      Upper management does not have a clue what the job really involves. They are too caught up with getting more internal things done than really taking care of the customers. The customer personal touch does not exist like it used to. You're just a number. They let senior people go with 2 weeks pay after being with the company 20 to 40 plus years.

      Pros

      They are lenient when it comes to time of our working from home.

      Cons

      You do not get hired for full time or promoted based on qualifications. They choose who to hire based on who you know and who you are friendly with.
