If you're a sales guy (dude) with no college degree this place is for you if the used car lot isn't hiring. Everyone else run for the hills. This is one of the worst corporate cultures out there. The sane and nice HR team try their best to put a good face on this oozing culture pustule, but it's a grease stain that just can't be painted over. It always shows through. Run while you still have time. The dream is always the same: I'm sitting in the back of a bus careening out of control at 110 mph through the inner city while everyone is holding on for dear life screaming. I get up and make my way to the front of the bus... I find Daffy Duck at the wheel giggling with half a liter of Jack left. Then I wake up sweating. Time for work! ..Oh, and Verizon isn't going to improve this culture one bit.
