Literally the worst employment experience I have had in 10 years. Acquisitions have left an extremely chaotic environment where leadership truly has no clue in which direction we are heading. Countless meetings that waste employees time about processes that have little to no value on improving client experience & employee growth. Terrible product training. Rude, arrogant managers and especially peers. Everyone knows better than the next person. Big talk around valuing opinions and ideas but when it comes to action all show and no go. Very high turnover rate especially in management. When there are high turnover rates, especially on the management side of the house from seasoned professionals, this should be a major red flag to lower ranking employees that the current/future business model doesn’t work. The excitement and vision I had in my mind when I received my offer letter has turned out to be the exact opposite of the experience I am currently living. Sad........
