Worst Company I've Ever Worked For - Manager Verizon Connect Employee Review

Top 3 Cons: 1) The majority of senior leadership has complete and total disregard for employees, organizational culture, and retention. They care only about profit, and do not grasp the very clear concept that happy/productive employees usually mean higher profits. 2) The parent company ("Big Verizon") is a red-tape, bureaucratic disaster ..... and unfortunately, dictates everything Verizon Connect does ... so don't be fooled in thinking that you're working for a modern, nimble tech company. Quite the opposite. 3) You might get lucky based on which office/location you're in, but generally the organizational culture is non existent. Virtually zero programs/resources for employees to have fun at work, connect with one another, and get involved with things outside their immediate role, and even though employees ask for these time and time again (and present ideas), senior leadership is not supportive.
