Pros

Reasonable pay, commissions could be handsome if targets are hit.

Cons

In two words: Toxic culture. There is a range of problems culturally, from Sales Development Reps (SDRs) trying to steal sales (and commissions) from other employees, to managers doing drugs and sleeping with subordinates. This promotes a very toxic culture where reps are constantly afraid of having other employees sabotage their work and stealing their leads/deals. It's extremely common for SDRs to have filters set up in Salesforce specifically targeting other leads that belong to other SDRs, and when reported nothing was done. This attitude is present all the way up to Senior level management (VP and Partners). The current managers are SDRs who were able to make sales by any means necessary, and those managers brag that they became managers by being good at stealing leads from other SDRs, or from the Fleetmatics Work SDRs. Going through HR had no effect when reporting managers for inappropriate relationships with subordinates or for the rampant drug and alcohol use (including during the day) throughout the location (both management and employees).

Pros

Great Team and Culture. Exciting technological advances.

Cons

Recent RIFs have left customers in a lurch as they 'fire' customers and release the accounts to untrained resellers.
