All Talk and No Action - Technical Account Manager Verizon Connect Employee Review

It's a shame how Verizon took over Telogis and then dismantled it and closed the Austin office location which housed a ton of experienced employees and left it in the hands of brand new ones with no experience or idea how complicated the products are or how to support/fix them. I feel for the customers who are left to deal with the aftermath of the Austin office closure and the growing frustrations they have with the products and services they are (or not) receiving. The last 6-8 months prior to the office closure were the most stressful I've ever experienced BECAUSE of the product issues and the upset customers we were creating with no upper management involvement in fixing it.
