Pros

It's a job, benefits were okay

Cons

The most disorganized company I've ever worked for. Terrible documentation for their Fleet software and awful employee training. Much of the documentation was deprecated or completely missing any information on key pieces of the Fleet software... even brand new software features had no support documentation provided. Software experts and "trainers" openly admitted no documentation (or training of any kind) has ever been given for the most complicated parts of the software (including API integration features), and employees are expected to just "figure it out". One manager suggested we should be using our unpaid time at home to figure out how the software works. Questions to SME's are often ridiculed publicly if you dare ask a question they consider stupid. Much of the original support staff that knew how to use the software was laid off when they closed the Austin Texas branch. After that, employees were expected to just figure things out. Premiere customer playbooks are so badly organized and inconsistent between companies, that reps on the Premier team (myself included) ignored them whenever possible. Massive changes are made to mission critical software (such as Salesforce) without ANY thought as to how our processes/customers/workflows/data would be affected. They updated Salesforce in December of 2018 without anyone testing the update. They broke so many processes and corrupted so much data, that 9 months later they were still desperately trying to dig themselves out of what managers called "the black hole" of untouched customer issues (trouble cases). Often changes are made to important processes without ever communicating those changes to the tech support teams in ANY WAY (ordering hardware, QA monitoring, and various internal processes). Almost no thought seems to be put into communicating important announcements: hurting customers and employee morale. At a town hall, a CEO openly described my division's processes as so bad they were "held together by spit and bubble gum."

Pros

Great Team and Culture. Exciting technological advances.

Cons

Recent RIFs have left customers in a lurch as they 'fire' customers and release the accounts to untrained resellers.
