Pros

Benefits package is really good. Lots of paid time off, $6K in tuition assistance, stock package etc. If you work hard and you're good at your job you can make good money too. I've been with the company for 5 months. I've been absolutely busting my butt because that's what i've chosen to do but i'm consistently performing in the top 10-20% month to month and I'm on track to make between 70-85k in a 12 months.

Cons

Sometimes the system is frustratingly error prone and it can make it difficult to do your job at times, however I was always able to adapt and do what I needed to. At the time of this writing, the customer care department still sucks but supposedly the restructure of that department is a primary focus of the new CEO, Dan so-and-so. Also my store just got put on the chopping block so I am technically layed off with a 1.5 month heads up, but due to my performance i don't think it will be difficult to find another position in the company.

Pros

Compensation is competitive but you will work very hard for it. Culture is excellent and exhibited and practiced from the top down. Benefits are excellent and cost reasonable. 401k match and profit sharing. Lots of training and professional development opportunities. Can advance if you're willing to relocate.

Cons

Company is trying to transform into what it wants to be beyond a wireless carrier (cloud?, security?, telematics?, wholesaler?, etc) and is struggling with a vision, resources, and org structure to make it a reality. Several re-organizations over last few years so job security has frequently been a question. Often delayed response to competitors caused by management's concern that acting would result in not meeting Wall Street expectations. Not the "happiest" place to work because no result is ever good enough and successes aren't celebrated because the focus is always on the next weekly/monthly/quarterly goal.
