Pros
The benefits to Verizon are awesome, best I've ever seen. In a retail setting you can make close to 70-80K if you drink the corporate kool aid sell your butt off.
Cons
Management over looks the bad reps and keeps them around. They look the other way when something happens. Retail hours can be brutal at times. Management wants you to sell with "option sheets", basically they use it to trick the customer into thinking they're paying the 2 yr pricing of a phone, and using it for accessories or tablets, but then putting the customers on device payment. They say "for the value you have here in option a, you can get all this stuff in option b". It's trickery and horrible sales tactics, not ethical at all. They keep changing the commission structure to where it's becoming more difficult to make a lot. I made 70k last year and now with new commission structures, I'm on pace to make maybe 50-55 this year.
