Pros
Great co-workers. Decent pay and bonus. Received merit increases annually if your salary is still under the max range and if you perform well.
Cons
Company kept downsizing. There were multiple layoffs within the past several years so there's no feeling of stability or security, even if you were a top performer. You became just a number and your performance had no factor in determining whether you were laid off or not. Annual increases became smaller and if you reached your salary range, there were no merit increases.
