Pros
Awesome sales training and support. I started this job with only customer service experience (waiting tables) and a college degree and this job has given me a professional skill set and confidence. The leaders are open minded and humble. Hourly pay + commissions + bonuses + sales contests + 401k and benefits have kept me here longer than I anticipated.
Cons
A retail schedule is hard for work life balance, especially during the holidays. The company and industry is always evolving, sometimes multiple times within the same day or week, so if you are resistant to change this is not for you.
