Pros
Excellent benefits, flexible work environment (depending on who you work for and the department - I work from home and have flexibility in my schedule), strong and communicative leadership, a culture of caring for your own (we have an employee donation program to help other employees through disasters and tragedies), a culture of giving (a really strong volunteerism program and donation matching), LOTS of job opportunities internally, the people I work with all love their jobs as well
Cons
It's a BIG company so you'll get some managers who are better than others, some decisions are made (such as reductions in force) that seem to not really look at the local impact (made at a high level without enough engagement of the teams affected), there is a union component that can lead to bargaining challenges or some union conflicts if you work directly with unionized employees, lots of top level jobs require you to move to Basking Ridge
