Pros

Great benefits. Paid time off. Paid holidays. Great potential for sales commission.

Cons

If you are an employee looking to transfer to another location, (ESPECIALLY OUT OF STATE), don't even bother. They treat you like chopped liver. I have been a great employee since I started with great numbers, I am close to being promoted to manager, and I have been nothing but professional trying to reach out to these people. I have emailed them all personally, spoke with a recruiter, called the store and have either had the door "slammed in my face" or have heard absolutely nothing back unless it's to tell me that they have picked another candidate. They treat newcomers like angels from above, and current employees like chopped liver. When I was first hired they said "if you ever need to move, you can just transfer to another location! It's so simple!" They lied. It is not simple. I am trying to move my life because my wife has such a wonderful job opportunity, and she is now going to have to turn that offer down because these managers can't take 5 minutes out of their day to set me up an interview. I'm nothing to them, and if you're a current employee, you probably are too.

Pros

Compensation is competitive but you will work very hard for it. Culture is excellent and exhibited and practiced from the top down. Benefits are excellent and cost reasonable. 401k match and profit sharing. Lots of training and professional development opportunities. Can advance if you're willing to relocate.

Cons

Company is trying to transform into what it wants to be beyond a wireless carrier (cloud?, security?, telematics?, wholesaler?, etc) and is struggling with a vision, resources, and org structure to make it a reality. Several re-organizations over last few years so job security has frequently been a question. Often delayed response to competitors caused by management's concern that acting would result in not meeting Wall Street expectations. Not the "happiest" place to work because no result is ever good enough and successes aren't celebrated because the focus is always on the next weekly/monthly/quarterly goal.
