Cons
No matter how many targets you exceed it won't be enough. Commission payout gets lower as quotas get higher. There is no time to take advantage of all of the training and developmental tools available because sverything is sell sell sell. Sales reps do everything in store including tech support, customer service, bill analysis, inventory, operations and even cleaning. It's burn out with no compliments or rewards. Management isn't always supportive and sometimes less knowledgeable then plenty of the reps. You have to be self motivated and get to know lots of the important people. So much talent sitting and waiting for opportunities that never become available.
