Pros
Fantastic benefits (health, vision, dental, tuition reimbursement) and good PTO. Fun co-workers. Competitive pay. Managers buy lunch on launch days and holidays which is a perk. You can learn a lot if you invest yourself.
Cons
Constant reorganization within the company and budget cuts make you question your job security. The obsessed need to be "more than a wireless carrier" for the investors has you selling things that customers don't want or need, and a new off-the-wall product gets added every month to your list of 12 things to sell to every person who walks in the door. Every interaction is micromanaged. If you're looking to advance your career you're up against hundreds of people going for one position, and oftentimes it's about who you know or number pushing, not your actual work performance. No results are celebrated because it's always about the next goal.
