-Work expectations and requirements are not matching the pay anymore. (They ask for more and keep paying less on commissions, sad) -inexperienced managers -Stressful -Management pushes employees too a 'I want too quit' breaking point. -A lot of brown nosing people in the company.(most often --people will get promoted from this rather then from sales results) -Too much back and fourth strategies. -Breaks/lunches are discouraged// frowned on in some locations. -People can get away with anything if they know the right person. -coworkers throw each other under the bus all the time. Been with the company for over 6 years pay is gradually becoming less even with continual raises. Quotas are constantly being raised.
