Pros

The only Pros for this company is their benefits, full medical, dental, vision, matching 401K and tuition reimbursement of $8,000 per yr, I have yet to see any other company match this amount most will do tops $5000.

Cons

Worked here 12 yrs too long, management is GARBAGE...I cannot stress this enough, they hire for supervisors within inside the company, that don't have the education required and skills. There is a lot of favoritism within management. HR department lacks organization and better communication and social skills. People pretend to be professionals, but it's a toxic environment, no growth opportunities unless you have connections again the whole favoritism. It is a tough job, it drains mentally and you're exhausted after 8 hrs of being on the phones, managers will avoid you like the plague if they see you coming for help, and they're never on the same page with answers to the many changes the company goes through therefore leaving you clueless to the customer and then you have to take the hit when you get a detractor survey.

Pros

Compensation is competitive but you will work very hard for it. Culture is excellent and exhibited and practiced from the top down. Benefits are excellent and cost reasonable. 401k match and profit sharing. Lots of training and professional development opportunities. Can advance if you're willing to relocate.

Cons

Company is trying to transform into what it wants to be beyond a wireless carrier (cloud?, security?, telematics?, wholesaler?, etc) and is struggling with a vision, resources, and org structure to make it a reality. Several re-organizations over last few years so job security has frequently been a question. Often delayed response to competitors caused by management's concern that acting would result in not meeting Wall Street expectations. Not the "happiest" place to work because no result is ever good enough and successes aren't celebrated because the focus is always on the next weekly/monthly/quarterly goal.
