Honestly this was the worst job I have ever had. It is extremely stressful and causes so much anxiety to have to speak with people who cannot pay their bills and feel entitled to have active cell phone service. There is no threshold of what the reps have to listen to before being able to release the call. You are forced to deal with angry customers swearing and calling you names just because they are unable to pay for the service they have used. Supervisors and senior managers don’t seem to care for their employees or even back them up when it comes to dealing with irate customers. There is no room for growth in this company and leaving this job was the greatest career move I have ever made.
