Pros

Good benefits. Great pay. Everyday is different and it is nice to interact with all kinds of customers. Surrounded by the latest in technology.

Cons

Systems are a constant issue. The simplest transaction can fail out of POS and cause up to an hour delay for customers not to mention trying to get a discrepancy approval in commissions is worse than an act of Congress! It is 2018 and there is no reason why the retail POS system can not perform day to day transactions such as putting a new line and a trade in on the same order as an upgrade. The iPad POS equipment barely lasts half of a shift and need a replacement or a better battery. Management is a dictatorship of micro managers and there is rarely verbal communication only through SPARK and it is usually just threats and demotivating verbiage. There is no positive feedback even if you had a stellar day in sales only what you did wrong or why you didn’t get insurance on one customer out of ten.

Pros

Compensation is competitive but you will work very hard for it. Culture is excellent and exhibited and practiced from the top down. Benefits are excellent and cost reasonable. 401k match and profit sharing. Lots of training and professional development opportunities. Can advance if you're willing to relocate.

Cons

Company is trying to transform into what it wants to be beyond a wireless carrier (cloud?, security?, telematics?, wholesaler?, etc) and is struggling with a vision, resources, and org structure to make it a reality. Several re-organizations over last few years so job security has frequently been a question. Often delayed response to competitors caused by management's concern that acting would result in not meeting Wall Street expectations. Not the "happiest" place to work because no result is ever good enough and successes aren't celebrated because the focus is always on the next weekly/monthly/quarterly goal.
