Pros
Excellent pay and benefits. Base pay is very good versus other companies and the benefits are amazing. Probably best 401k plan out there. Commission can be incredibly high if you are a great salesperson, even if you hit target you get paid pretty well.
Cons
Tons of micromanagement and it only got worse. At the beginning of my 4.5 years there they were awesome and it was few and far between, but got much worse, and people who move into management change constantly. Lots of politics involved with working there and managers are promoted who are good salespeople but terrible managers. Also, very long hours at some times due to turnover or holidays, which can be expected but goals also go up much higher to where you work harder for the same or less commission.
