Pros
The pay was by far the highest in any call center I've ever worked at. I've worked call centers for United Airlines, Walt Disney World, and Delta Airlines. I'd take any of those over this in a heartbeat even though the pay is less.
Cons
Sales is the only thing that matters. Customer's actual needs are pretty much not important at all. The way they sell is highly unethical to me and made me feel dirty and like I was a terrible unhonest person. It was the polar opposite of my previous job with Disney where they wanted sales but also wanted you to make the guest have the best experience possible. I couldn't do it very long because I knew there was a better way out there. The union seemed very cocky to me and cited all these great benefits that I've had in non union jobs before which left me wondering why the hell I even had to pay for it. I had to pay to park downtown and walk several blocks to go be miserable all day. The management is constantly up your butt if you happen to do anything but be chained to your phone. They pretty much threaten to fire you constantly if you don't meet their ridiculous goals. I can go on and on why this is a terrible place to work but I'm sure you get the point. If you're reading this and have an interview or recently accepted a position I strongly recommend you take any other option you have before selling your soul away. If you're in Tampa I'd highly recommend Delta or Disney as an alternative and more enjoyable career with a lot less harrasment and pressure.
