Pros

The salary and benefits are truly fantastic, especially the health and 401K benefits.

Cons

I am in Enterprise Sales, but do not really get a chance to sell anything because I am leashed to a desk constantly updating my activities in salesforce.com. Management, especially the senior management, refuse to acknowledge that we just plain suck at delivering services. Revenue is in a steady decline month-over-month, quarter-over-quarter and the leadership simply has no idea what they're doing. Prepare to have to answer to sales and financial operation wonks constantly who have no skin in the game but think they know what they are doing. Hopefully you like doing a ton of administrative work and figuring things out on your own because that's about all you'll be doing. Have thick skin because your clients will absolutely beat the snot out of you. You a fan of flavor-of-the-month selling? If so, you'll love it here! Management things large enterprise clients purchase cloud or security services like some Chuckie ordering tacos at Taco Bell!

Pros

Compensation is competitive but you will work very hard for it. Culture is excellent and exhibited and practiced from the top down. Benefits are excellent and cost reasonable. 401k match and profit sharing. Lots of training and professional development opportunities. Can advance if you're willing to relocate.

Cons

Company is trying to transform into what it wants to be beyond a wireless carrier (cloud?, security?, telematics?, wholesaler?, etc) and is struggling with a vision, resources, and org structure to make it a reality. Several re-organizations over last few years so job security has frequently been a question. Often delayed response to competitors caused by management's concern that acting would result in not meeting Wall Street expectations. Not the "happiest" place to work because no result is ever good enough and successes aren't celebrated because the focus is always on the next weekly/monthly/quarterly goal.
