Always looking to cut commissions and find ways to reduce your pay. They merged with Alltel who treated their employees like people. From the CEO on down you felt part of a family, and were rewarded for excelling. Verizon instead caps top performers and goes further to find ways to take away commissions if you do too well. Make any sense? Everything they have in place is for you to be average. --- Doesn't matter how well you do overall. They micro-manage to the day and anything not good in one day it is 'discussed' with you. Why have negative communication if overall you excel in that area? Everyone is entitled to a bad day here or there. What matters is the overall monthly performance.
