Pros
the pay as well as benefits are competitive considering it s a no degree job. Also the company gives you a lot of training so you know what your doing at least.
Cons
Very high stress levels will come out of this job. No work/life balance at all. $100 accessories sales goal per customer ruins the job entirely. We don't price match and are not even competitive with accessory cost so why such a crazy high goal. This is on every reps mind every customer all day long. When customers want to upgrade we cringe because we wonder how were going to sell them $100 in accessories. In the range of 2005-2010 the company was absolutely great to its employees, since then its gotten significantly worse by the month. It seems like every month the goals go up which means less pay for more work. Micromanaged to death, their is literally a rule in the company that it must be documented for every worker to be coached twice a day. This means you are messing up twice a day in their eyes no matter what kinda day you have.
