Pros
I found that the benefits package and salaries are some of the best in the business. Even entry level positions pay comparatively well. Direct supervisors are typically very personable and approachable. Floor support is competent and easily accessible.
Cons
Senior management is nothing short of incompetent. The company claims that most members of management started on the floor and worked their way up, but they seem to have lost touch, or are not keeping up with the changes. When changes are implemented, it is not uncommon for supervisors and upper management to have little to no information about the changes. Human Resources is not helpful when adjusting to personal issues in the workplace. The FMLA and disability claims process is a disaster, and has lead to multiple employees, including myself, to being terminated.
