Pros
Strong ESOP/retirement - company value has increased pretty much EVERY year
All employees receive communication about company direction, new projects, finances, etc. There are regular meetings, mailings, and collaboration intranet pages to keep everyone informed. IT department responds quickly to issues, keep employees outfitted with fast, newer laptops, and provide plenty of training to avoid viruses and phishing issues. Fun team builders such as ski club, hiking club, book club, pickleball, street hockey, walking meetings, etc. Cafe on site with tasty, healthy options for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. High-quality, locally roasted coffee available all day (grinder, coffehouse-quality brewer, airpots). Hybrid on-site/work-from-home schedules, low cost preschool on site. Cross-team pollination happens a lot; teams and people do not work in a vacuum, Fresh local bagels on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Cons
Entry-level position pay may seem low. Total compensation with benefits, ESOP, and perks are very, very competitive though.
Open office cubicles can be noisy at times, although they do allow for easy quick collaborations.
