Many of the promotions and compensation seem to go to people that are undeserving. They tend to compensate people that create more overhead and cost the business more money rather then actually produce product and keep the company in good graces of the customers. There's a very large difference in the pay of the people that produce product and those that produce paperwork. At many times it feels as though the manufacturing branch of the company is felt as an expense more than an asset.
