Caring company, they truly care about you as an individual. This is a good place to start a career, but don't stay too long.

Cons

The partners are too comfortable and risk averse to grow the company. It is a good place to be a partner, but that is true of all companies. This is a good safe place to work if you have a high school degree and are congenial.

Amazing company, amazing benefits, really fun to work there. My supervisor was the best. The owners/founders of the company are wonderful people.

Cons

Management communication style could vary, and certain leadership approaches were challenging at times.
