Pros

I have worked in a few places and HTA is by far the most fun and unique place I have ever worked in. The pace is fast, the work is busy, but it is so much fun here. - Free bagels and fruits on Fridays. Cereal any day. - Indoor basketball, ping pong, Halloween, bowling contests - Collaborative meetings using videos - Great hardworking co-workers from over 25 different countries - Good benefits - New technologies and ideas being introduced including mobile - New processes - Experienced management and an excellent entrepreneur leading the company - Fast-paced growth - VP's seem to be serious but know how to have fun :) Just take a look at our videos.

Cons

HTA is not for everyone. It is unique and fast-paced. If you are unable to keep up skill-wise this is not for you. This is not really a con, but with some of the bad reviews, you can tell there are a handful of people who couldn't keep up and had to leave the company because they lacked the skill. Believe me if you work hard and smart to keep up with a "google" like environment you will love it here.

Pros

The company has a strong, collaborative culture where people are genuinely invested in doing high-quality work and supporting each other. There's a lot of exposure to interesting, complex projects, and you're trusted to own your work and make an impact. For anyone who wants to grow professionally, there's real opportunity here. High performers are recognized, and you're given the space to step up and expand your scope.

Cons

Work can be complex and fast paced but a great environment for people who enjoy challenging problems and making meaningful changes.
